We put a lot of care into our inspections and reporting, as it is important to get the scoping right given most builders time and cost constraints.
Our inspections include a comprehensive visual inspection and a moisture assessment, to help determine the most cost-effective solution, without cutting corners or compromising the build.
If necessary, we recommend air and/or surface sampling to determine the extent and type of mould contamination present - with post-job testing an option to confirm the outcome.
This kind of testing can be very helpful in giving the builder and their customers confidence in the diagnosis, treatment and end result of our remediation.
